WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Friday......!!!!!!! It's going to be in the 50's here today......!! I told Linda E. that's no coat weather for us but I'm sure that is probably very cold yet for some of our LW's. There will probably even be some "crazies" with shorts on today!
I had one slice of Pizza Hut pizza and a bread stick last night and my scales are up....how much did I enjoy the pizza and was it worth it...YES but today will be a higher protein day!!!
My Menu is not your typical WLS Menu: I am a strict believer in Protein drinks but at the present time I have to limit them because I have been diagnosed with IC (Painful Bladder Syndrome). Success means: Protein first then add other foods!!!!
Protein: 1.5 Scoops of Matrix Mint Cookie 37g
Breakfast: 1 Whole Egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites and 2 Tbs. Diced Ham
Lunch: Tuna Salad and 6 Saltines
Snack: 1/3 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 1 Tbs. SF Strawberry Jam
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar
Dinner:

beautiful day, went for a long walk with my best friend this am, it was still cold but so refreshing!
b- missed it again, I'm thinking I'm a later in the day eater now, so we'll see how that plays out. I go back to work tomorrow, so I'll have to figure out a better schedule:)

I've seen that olive oil mayo and need to try it. How are the sugars in it?

It started off on the cold side this morning with it being in the 30s but has since rebounded into the low 60's. I've got my windows open right now. I didn't dare weigh myself after yesterday's Carb Fest... LOL! I am pushing to get a lot more protein in today.
MENU:
B – Click! Coffee Protein made with 12 ounces of Lactaid skim milk (23 g protein, 24 g carb)
S – Syntrax Iced Tea protein (23 g protein)
Stonyfield Greek yogurt w/ Honey (13 g protein, 17 g carbs)
L – 1 cup New England clam chowder (5 g protein, 22 g carbs)
2 cups Garden salad w/ 1 tbsp Lite Ranch dressing
S – Syntrax Iced Tea protein (23 g protein)
Teriyaki Beef Jerky (11 g protein, 7 g carb)
D – Stuffed eggplant
VITES: done
WATER: 72 oz. and counting
MILES: 2.64 miles/45 minutes on the treadmill this morning; 15 minutes on the AMT (All Motion Trainer).

Warmer here today too (50's) but WINDY, which makes it feel a bit colder....Busy day at work. Going to see the kids/grandkids tonight and tomorrow. I am thinking of heading back to VA on Sunday, but not sure yet - keeping an eye on the weather.
Started my protein coffees again (sorry i didn't post yesterday - CRAZY day).
B - protein coffee w/chocolate protein and splash of SF cinnamon syrup
L - leftover chili w/cheese and 5 wheat crackers (yum and now it's all gone!)
