MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Splenda packets]
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
L - protein shake (30g)  [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
D - pot roast [maybe 4 oz]
S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]

VITES:

4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

What Vanilla Protein do you use Gina?

I'm glad you started posting amounts.  I started measuring again which makes me feel more like I am in control.

I use Syntrax Nectar. It's made similarly to the JayRobb so it might be an option for you.

I find I still eat "small" portions - I guess it is in comparison to what I used to eat....

B - coffee

L - 1/2 steak (about 4 oz)

S - 2 oz (maybe) of cheese

D - 6" subway meatball sub

Vits:  yes

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I've always eat small portions unless it was something like fried potatoes.  Those I ate straight out of the pan and finished every last left over slice.  I did my best eating right at the stove...LOL.

Really busy day and in and out of the office.  I did get to muscle pump tonight.  It was actually suppose to rain but never did and got quite warm but this evening, the temp started dropping and the wind blowing and I went out and put blankets on the ponies. 

decaf protein coffee  33g, a 5c coffee maker and 1.5scoops of protein
protein bar  10g
lemon tea protein  13g
leftover beef stirfry, probably 1.5c, maybe 3-4 oz beef
lemon tea protein  13g
pistashios, about 1 cup shelled
pork patty, 3oz, 1/2c califlower
protein shake  33g

yes, the kitchen is about finished.  Some of the drawer need tweeking so they operate easily but otherwise it is done.  I love the look.

I haven't found a new housekeeper but I haven't really looked.  Been too busy.  One of my staff's boyfriend is without a job and she says he cleans.  Never had a male house keeper before.  Wonder if that would work????

I'll probably skip my night time protein drink since I ate so much today...  At least I did walk when I finally got home tonight.
