I think I will order some Jay Robb Vanilla because I didn't notice any cramping with it.  I'm trying my Mint Cookie this morning and I am aching clear to my knees.  Man I hate dumping it out but I'm going to have to drink several glasses of water to rinse my bladder out any how.

Do you have a recipe for your white chili?  I'm allowed some chili powders but I'm not allowed tomato products.

Drove to Cleveland in the terrible weather for my year nut/Dr apt yesterday.  It was worth it because apt went awesome. 

B oatmeal half banana, peanut butter, egg

S peanut butter, celery

L ww tortilla, ham, spinach, carrots

S almonds, apple

D pork chop, probably salad

S protein drink

I'm glad you made it there and back safely.  Awesome is GOOD!!!!   I bet they were very happy for you!  Looking at your Signature it looks like you have lost over 100 lbs.  You need to get yourself a Gold Apple...I'm soooo jealous of those apples!  I made the decision to shift into maintenance mode 3 lbs. to early.

Glad you missed the snow. It was really windy here today and in the 50's(which is cold for us).  Back on track today!  MyFitnessPal wants me to eat more calories since I am exercising, but I'm just not willing to do it right now.

L:  2 ozs Deli Ham, 1 wedge Laughing Cow Lite Cheese, Low carb tortilla wrap
S:  Lemon TEa Protein Drink
D:  Baked Talapia
S:  1/2 oz Peanuts
S:  Protein Hot Chocolate w/ Lite Cool Whip

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Miles:  3.5 miles walk/run

We are getting into the 50's today and super excited!!  That's no coat weather for us.  We will probably even see "crazies" with shorts on.....LOL.

Do you put anything on your Baked Talapia?  I always put chicken broth on mine but that is first thing listed on my "Do Not Eat" list. 

What Tortilla Wraps do you use?

These were pre-seasoned in the frozen section of Walmart.  I think I cooked them too long and they were a little dry.

I can't remember the name of the tortilla wrap, I get it a Walmart also and has 5 net carbs.  The package says Low Carb, but you really have to read the nutritional information because there are some that say low carb, but it is really not low for us.

I am so sorry about the things you can't eat anymore.  Hope you can find a protein drink that is ok.
