Didn't see her post so I thought I'd get it going while I had a few minutes.

52 degrees outside - woohoo!  snow is melting, but also has caused an ice dam on my roof and it's leaking pretty badly into my sunroom.  A roof guy is supposed to come out today... I hope he gets here soon!

I need to work a protein drink in here somewhere.

Thanks Jody...I posted mine and then saw yours so I deleted mine.

I called my Protein company and I can't return any of the Protein that I ordered from them but I'm still going to order some Vanilla from Jay Robb.  I know it doesn't make me cramp and it does have a good taste.  I would sell my Lemon Tea and Mint Cookie at a discount if they were within in driving distance and I didn't need to ship it.

My Menu is not your typical WLS Menu: I am a strict believer in Protein drinks but at the present time I am not allowed to have them because I have been diagnosed with IC (Painful Bladder Syndrome). Success means:  Protein first then add low carb healthy foods!!!!

Breakfast:      1 Egg, Eggbeater Whites and Cheese
Lunch:            Meat and Cheese Roll-ups

Snack:            Cottage Cheese and SF Cherry Jam
Snack:            Popcorn

Dinner:           Stuffed Peppers (probably 2 meatballs)

Calories     Protein      Net Carbs      Fat    Sugar

Oh well, I think spring came and went (yesterday was lovely)... hard to tell when you're in an office all day, but it was very blustery when I stepped out several times today.

Jody, brisket sounds great!!, Roz, wish I lived closer, I use a lot of both of those proteins.

It was cold here this morning but has warmed up wonderfully.  I had a meeting midday so no playing with the ponies but I did walk this morning and am headed to muscle pump soon.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Splenda packets]
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
L - protein shake (30g)  [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choi and zucchini [2 big serving spoons full]
S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]

Today was really warm here in northeast FL.  Sunny too.  It's not expected to be like this past Wednesday, so I'm enjoying it while I can.  My daughter and I head to the gym together to get set up on the weight machines.  My first time being setup on machines since around 2005 when I use to go to the gym on the base.

MENU:

B – Coffee Protein w/ skim milk (26 g)

       Greek yogurt (12 g)

       Thai Peanut Lo Mein (5 g)

L – Chicken tenders (4.5 g)

S – 1/2-bag Popcorn

Hope you got your roof fixed and it didn't cost too much!!  We have a leak at the library in the kitchen.  It was a beautiful day here today.
