We do have teams that come to FL for Worlds but you have to be 12 to compete.  I think there are a couple of teams that come from Hawaii so maybe someday they will be headed your way. I'm going to check and see if they have a website.  We are obsessed with All-Star cheerleading.

Our schools are starting to include home schoolers in some of their sport programs but I'm not sure about the band. 2nd seat is pretty darn good!

the clinic was great fun and I did well with my eathing although I didn't get enough fluid in and need to work on that.

I'm glad you had a good time at the clinic!  I'm trying to figure out how to increase my fluids.  I really don't like plain water but I've been trying to get some in but it is a struggle.

Sounds like a low carb day Price!!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - a fried egg and 2 - 3 pieces of crispy bacon 
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Splenda packets]
S - a little ramekin of peanuts--1/3 of a cup 
L - protein shake (30g)  [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - cup or so  of chicken salad
D - Popeye's popcorn shrimp [10 - 15 shrimp]
S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none unless you count sorting 30 days of vitamins and 12 minutes of tanning

I don't know but DH loves when they turn the clocks in the spring because they start work an hour earlier and get to come home sooner.  He grumbles when they turn them back. I told him if he retired he wouldn't have to look at the clock...LOL.  I think the discussion of him retiring has been removed from the table.  Our girls kept him too busy helping with kids and running errands while he has been off.
