I live in Corry which is half an hour east of Edinboro. My daughter is a freshman nursing student at Edinboro.  In state tuition is not bad except she lives in the Highlands dorms which are quite pricey.

I've been logging my food and weighing and measuring for the last two weeks.  Really trying to get back on track and get rid of these extra pounds put on in the last six months.

good for you.  I went as far as buying new batteries for the food scale then the darn thing still didn't work.  haven't progressed further.  Oh well.

I bought mine from Walmart right before or after I had surgery and have never done anything to it.  I think it was one of the cheapest ones they had!!

Woke up this morning feeling flush and with a runny nose. Nothing seems to taste right either. I’ve just accepted that I’ve come down with a cold.

MENU:

B – Stonyfield Greek Yogurt (13 g)

       Coffee

B – New England Clam Chowder (6 g)

L – Chicken tenders and veggie sticks (cucumber, carrot and celery) (6.8 g)
