Good morning Jody. I was rain/sleet/snowing here starting last night but the sun is trying to come out now. We were suppose to have a driving clinic today and tomorrow but changed it to the weekend when the weather is suppose to greatly improve, hurray.
I went to a new class at the gym today. It was billed as gentle yoga and was good. I thought a good stretching class once a week would be good but Friday mornings are not always a good time for me. We'll see how often I can make it. It did mean I didn't have time to cook breakfast so my day started differently.

Hi Price! I'd like to do some exercise class... I did yoga once and didn't care for it, but I think it was the instructor. He talked too much and not enough moving.
I need to get a protein drink in too today. Missed it yesterday...

Hello all! Beautiful sunshine and about 50 degrees in western pa, almost like spring!
2 1/2 weeks post op. Still getting used to the fact that all of my menus look the same because it takes a while to eat thru what I've cooked! Gotta learn how to cook less!
b: 1/2 scrambled egg, one small turkey sausage patty
l: cheese stick wrapped in lunch meat turkey and a bit of lite olive oil mayo
d: 2 oz salmon and a Brussels sprout or 2
s: Popsicle, fuzzy naval protein drink
I know I ate a lot of the same stuff early out from surgery. Glad to see you posting!

I love looking a newbee menus and thinking back to where I could only eat 1/2 an egg or a single brussels sprout.
