Hi Roz,

Way to figure out things on your own!!  Glad your doctor listened to what you had to say.  I was suppose to be off tomorrow, but am going to have to go in for a couple of hours to finish up a few things.  The weather was horrible here today.  Rain and so cold.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 cup chicken salad, Dannon Greek Lite Yogurt
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  1/4 cup pimento cheese, low carb tortilla
S:  Protein Hot Chocolate
S:  1 oz. Peanuts

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  110 ozs
Miles:  None today
