Yes, print the articles.  I realize logging everything so minutely is a pain, but ultimately it will show her that you are trying to do the right things.  Otherwise... I may be thinking of changing Dr's if she were to get upset with "me" again.. I know you already have, but I find there is no excuse for that.

I've been having bad days for work this week and I'm wanting to stress eat.  I used to say I didn't, but when shi* hit the fan I'm rummaging through the fridge.. luckily for me I basically have NOTHING that's bad in there!

B - coffee

S - Stress eating:  got out the rest of the pork chops (and they were yummy!)

S - double chocolate protein drink with a dollop of SF peanut butter syrup (not too much or it will taste funny)

S - chunk of cheese

D - pizza.  Going to the play place with the kids tonight.  it will be fun and de-stress me

Vits:  yes

water:  low...

She believed me....YEAH!!

Sorry things are stressful with your work.   I didn't know they had PB syrup.  I'm going to have to check that out when I'm allowed to stray away from my list.

Sounds like your fridge was healthy today!

Hi, you are not far from me.  I'm in Southwest Georgia near Columbus and Albany Georgia.  We had just a little sun peak through later in the afternoon.  I did get to do my walking/jogging outside today!!

I'm jealous.  I love getting outside to exercise but it just wasn't meant to be.  Looks like we're getting more rain today and tomorrow.  I'll probably be gym-bound.

I'm anxious to hear if your scales start moving since you have increased your "good" Protein.  I'm booking us flights for Orlando some time today.  We can't wait for sunshine and warm breezes.

What Granola bar to you use?  I haven't found any that don't make me crave more.  I do eat the Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar (Gluten Free).  It Nuts and Sunflower seeds and seems to satisfy my sweet tooth rather than making me want more.

Sounds Good!

I'm resisting the urge to weigh myself early because I want to see if there's a change since the increase in my daily protein.  Also, I use the same granola bar that you do... and for the same exact reason.

I'm glad you are getting your desk cleaned off! I just did a 5 page attendance report and when I clicked on Save the state system kicked me off and the whole report was blank....gotta hate computers sometimes!!

We need to do a will too.  All of our life insurance policies are updated but our house etc. isn't.

Sounds Good Linda!!
