Menus and Miles March 3rd

So tired of being cold. Can't wait for spring!
So I have banned almonds an popcorn and I do think the evening cravings are less. SIgh.
Another new resolution is to count and track the calories and carbs in my coffee creamers (WAH)
B greek yogurt, walnuts, half banana, ban buds
S orange, deviled egg
L hambuger patty, broccoli
S apple, cottage cheese
D chili, some kind of veggie
S protein drink
miles taking a break this week till my back end quits being sore! fluids a little behind today aiming for 10 cups,, vites good

Spring should be coming soon! We are getting more and more birds flying in from warmer weather...or maybe PA weather is nice than some of the lower states.
How is your back today? Did you hurt anything else?
