Sorry, I'm cross posting from my post to Gina, but I thought it was funny and if I can have one smartish thought a day, then I'm doing pretty well IMO!! ;-)
Sorry about your weather. All I can say for where I am, is "spring is sprung, the grass is ris, I wonder where the birdies is"!! :-) It's such a cute rhyme and it stuck with me since the first time I heard it in school several decades ago (it is meant to say 'ris' as it has to in order to rhyme).

haha...I'm glad you had an explanation for the "ris". I was going to write and ask you what that was....lol. I hear the grandkids saying rhymes sometimes that we said when we were little. I actually hate it when they come home with a changed version.
Sounds Good!

I have to say that it has been very nice here in Jacksonville, FL today. We're only expected to get some rain but not the freezing temps. I spent much of my afternoon sitting out in the backyard reading. I had to take advantage of getting some natural Vitamin D.
One of the coffee protein drink orders I had came today. I'm looking forward to using that tomorrow morning. I'm trying to look locally for the Syntrax but I get the feeling I'm going to have to order that online too. In any case, here's my menu and miles for today:
MENU:
B – ½ Quinoa burger and ½ fried egg (5 g)
Coffee w/ Truvia and creamer
S – Gluten-free Banana Bread (1 g)
L – Minestrone soup (4 g)
Muscle Milk (20 g)
S – Protein Shake (26 g)
Pistachio blend (6 g)
D - Shrimp and Tuscan-style Broccoli (15.6 g)
S - Protein Shake (26 g)
VITES: done
WATER: 80 oz (and counting).
MILES: 2.84 miles
They sell it at Vitamin Shoppe. Their site says there is one in Jacksonville. It is cheaper on their website but our store will match the price.
Very happy to see more Protein in today's menu!!!

I'm soooo glad we got missed by the storm! I bet the grocery stores made a lot of money over the weekend because they were crazy busy.
Sounds Yummy!
