At least the roller coaster is going downhill. It is for me too.

I saw a high of 145 this week and it scared me. I am being much more careful, I think I had gotten a bit lazy when it comes to getting meals together ahead of time. It is really easy to just pick something easy when you are in a rush and not prepared. Not an excuse, just an observation.
Linda, good for you. I tend to not plan too far ahead...but I also keep lots of good options in the fridge.

I can honestly say I usually know what makes me gain, but this week I have no clue. I have cut most carbs out, exercised(walked/jogged) all but one day and gained weight. I hope it is jus****er, but who knows. I am going to keep with the low carb and exercise and we will see what happens next Sunday.

Linda, unfortunately body weight fluctuations DO happen...who knows why. It's why I don't panic over my current roller coaster. I really WOULD love to just stay at one weight tho...just keep to plan and things should sort themselves out.
