Great advice! Thx. I only can wish that I am as successful as you are long term. Ie tat like you do. The same thing till I get sick of it, which can take a month or longer, then I move on.

Just looked back at some older post and saw your post about Quest bars.  I so am addicted to those things.  wondering if you have been able to give them up.  I have a tendency to get addicted.  I fought the battle and won with Diet Coke.  Now I drink Crystal Lite Eengry.  The caffiene has me addictied.  Also the Quest bars have a hold on me.  Good thing I do not smoke or drink alcohol.  LOL

I am so depressed I can not seem to get to gym class this morning.  your reply would be appreciate.

I am still eating them, usually 1-2 a day, but keeping within my calorie limits. If this is the worst habit I have, I can live with it. My husband was super tired yesterday, and I told him to get on the treadmill, he said he was too tired but did it anyway and felt great afterward. Maybe if you can get outside and walk a little, it might help your depression. I wish you the very best.

Good if you can keep in your calorie limit.  I did make it to exercerie class with the help of caffiene.  I usually walk two miles a day, but did not make it this morning.  it is raining here, but day is not over yet--will probably walk later.  Forgot to wear my Fitbit to class.  ugh.  I have a treadmill, but perfer the outdoors.  Have a friend who gets me outside most days.  Have not had a bar yet.  Hang in there.

Just read your profile info and you have done so well.  I am nine years out.  I remember some of the 'high' periods you have had.  I so wish I had those now, but life is good.  Good you have managed without protein drinks and are eating all your protein.  I need to work on that.  I drink protein coffee which I do not want to give up, but I also drink a few Adkins RTD drinks.  Wonderful you are able to keep to your low calorie plan.  Keep up the good work.
