That pancake sounds yummy! Do you just smash everything up and then put it in a skillet....no flour etc.?

Sorry for taking so long to answer I deep forgetting to check my email. For the pancakes you just mix everything together and smash up the banana. 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4 oz of walnuts, half banana. 1/4 cup of oatmeal cinnamon, you can mix in a tsp of peanut butter if you want. I just put it in a pan and cook it like a pancake. I have made it with 2tbsp of raisins or craisins or some apple also. but the banana cooks up nice.

Breakfast: coffee mixed with pure protein chocolate frosty 160 calories
snack: another coffee mixed with pure protein chocolate frosty 160 calories
Lunch: 2 Cups Chicken broth 10 calories
Snack:2 Cups Broth 10 calories
Dinner: either Yopa Light Plus Greek Yogurt from the Zone 150 calories... oh this has 18 grams of protein
Snack: IF I'm hungry I'll do 2 more Cups of Chicken Broth
That seems like a lot of extra calories for 1 scoop. There are some really good chocolates out there with lower calories. Are there a lot of carbs in it?
