Roz - Thanks so much for the advice.  It means a lot.

Price - My lowest weight was 106 lbs and I didn't feel like I had the energy that I have now at 119 lbs.  I thought I looked way too thin.  Being that I'm only 5 ft tall made it seem that much worse.  Thank you for your input as well.

I asked similar questions, lol.  I actually was worried about losing too much, but i didn't. I stopped losing at a year post op w bmi of 22.

I did little to change my diet, weight loss just stopped. And like mentioned before I gained  3-4 pounds back after I hit my low weight of 129.  I do eat some carbs, (like my tortellini soup, crackers, egg dumplings) but usually only once a day and I don't count calories.  I just make sure I get sufficient protein and fluids and it all works itself out for me.

I know I can't entirely negate the carbs given my husband and I are both half Filipina (our mothers are from different areas of the Philippines) - we must have our rice.  But I have made it a point to only eat brown or wold rice.  I am going back to eating primarily gluten-free and focus on my protein and fluids.  I like being at around 120 lbs but I'm not so sure my body really thinks I'm done.  I guess I'll just have to see.
