WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Hello LW's!!!!  It's over the hump day!!!!  DD's are taking our 2 advanced  teams to Dallas this weekend so we will be helping out with the grandkids. I hear the weather there is in the 70's.  We are in the low teens today with some sunshine but the sun isn't helping at all...it's freezing out!

Happy hump day - I almost didn't realize, so now I'm happy!! :-D

I was in an all day meeting and crumbled and had raisins - no bueno, they made me feel bloated, but thankfully I didn't have them 'til afternoon, so I only started to suffer towards the end.

Hi Roz.  I made a low-carb hamburg dish today for lunch.  LOTS of fat unfortunately - it was good, but I can't eat a lot of it.

ps - Oh - I just saw you had a lemon tea - how did it sit with you???

B - Isopure Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake w/ Iced Coffee (made with almond milk) (50g)

My sister is going to Dallas next week for some kind of show with her work.  It rained here today and got colder as the day went on.

When I was drinking my protein hot chocolate last night it tasted so funny and I kept trying to figure out what was wrong with it.  Well, I had put Lemon Tea Protein in it instead of chocolate protein powder... I ended up throwing it away and making another cup.  I told DH sometimes I think I'm losing my mind!!

Reminds me of when your DH put your proteins in the wrong containers and you had them all mixed up.  Did it remind him of that also, oh no!!!!

I put caribean cooler in my coffee once instead of vanilla.  Took me a while to figure out what was wrong.

It was sunny and bright but the wind was very cold and I wasn't out much at all.  We are suppose to be cold for the next few days.  I did get to muscle pump tonight

We'll I got a stomach bug  Wednesday that my DH had last week. First time since RNY. So needless to say I didn't eat much.  I had a stomach ache all afternoon and evening but never threw up like DH did. Probably cause I didn't eat. I drank 150 oz and it seemed to help

breakfast. 2 coffee w creamer and Splenda. Greek yogurt

lunch. Tortellini soup

snack. Greek yogurt. 

Chicken broth, lemon water, mint tea
