Candy, that assumes people bother to read them...many don't even know how. I know my 86 yo daddy has NO clue what a carb is...even tho I have carefully explained that anything that is not meat or fat is a carb...he just doesn't get it. And my stepmother is still convinced FAT is the reason she is overweight and loads up on all kinds of carbs.

You are right, it will only help those *****ad AND understand macronutrients !
I think the serving size changes are the best idea. Who is going to have 2.5 servings from a 20 oz pop. Lol

I read that this morning. I am so glad they are changing the serving sizes. I do read lables but sometime miss that that tiny bag of nuts is 2.5 servings, REALLY!!! It's hard for those of us that try to understand. Now maybe it will be a little easier. But I seem to remember it is going to take quite a while for it to all happen.
