Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!
I'm so glad it's Monday and back to my daily routine....until about Thursday and then I'll be looking forward to the weekend....LOL. Are we ever satisfied??? Are you satisfied with your Weight Loss Journey? I've lost all of this weight with NO regrets but I sure wish the honeymoon period could last forever. I have it in my head that I have to be 119 to be successful. 119.8 is ok just not 120. I don't feel any different at 120 so what's the big deal. Maybe I fear settling there would make 121 easier...who knows.

I saw you sneek in that mint cookie and lemon tea. I hope they don't make you sick. I apprecaite your 119/120 thing. I wish I had drawn the line sooner. It seems so hard to lose a pound or 2 these days.
I drove Teke this morning and was going to ride Poppy but it was just too cold with the wind. I do have muscle pump tonight so I will get my workout in.

I did sneak them in but I'm sure if it will happen again or not. I really cramped bad after the mint cookie so I'm pretty sure that one is a definite no. the Lemon Tea didn't seem to bother me but I did take 3 Preliefs (acid relief for your bladder before drinking it. I'm hoping to buy some vanilla this weekend and see how body reacts to that.
You have probably built up muscle during your exercising. I don't think I have any muscles left just flab.
Sounds Delish Price!

DH wanted me to bring him home hot dogs for lunch. I can't see how he thinks I would have time to do that. I get an hour for lunch but I pick our DGD up after morning kindergarten and then take her to day care. I have about 15 minutes when I get back to my office to eat something. He is driving and perfectly capable of picking up his own hot dogs. Do I really want him to retire??????
Sounds Good Gina!

My RNY honeymoon slowed down but it lasted about 18 months. I just seem to wake up one morning and was up a pound and knew maintenance had stepped in to take over. Is a year all the longer the honeymoon lasts with the sleeve? I'm not saying you but in general I think a lot of posters think they the honeymoon period is over just because the scales aren't moving down as fast.
Sounds good...I like the variety!
