Menus and Miles Tuesday Feb. 25th
Hi, my name is Linda and I'm a sugar addict-LOL!!! I'm going into withdrawals today, but am maintaining no sugar/very low carbs so far so good.

L: 4 ozs deli chicken, wedge of laughing cow lite
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Pizza Chips
S: Protein Hot Chocolate
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 105 ozs
Miles: Walked 2 miles
I made a mess out of the first batch of pizza chips tonight. I usually use parchment paper so I don't have to clean it off my pans, but didn't have any so I used tin foil - bad mistake. I didn't spray it or anything and they just melted onto the tin foil and would not come off... I was so mad, had to do another batch and spray my pans.
Much better day today with my food.

OH..I forgot about the pizza chips! I need to buy some ham and ground beef and make some!!

AMT (All Motion Trainer, similar to an elliptical machine but better) – 20 minutes
Core training – 15 minutes
