I'm going to take Saturday's weight as I ate HORRIBLE yesterday and am back on track.
I think I was 135 last week, and 135 this week. Yesterday the scale did say 134.8, but then when I stepped on it again said 135, so I'm taking that. I've let some bad stuff creep back in, so I need to reign that in.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I hear you about that roller coaster thing.
Last week: 143
This week: 144
This is the highest I have seen since I got to goal I am not quite sure what to think. I increased water and protein, but I have also increased my weight training the past few weeks. Oh, and monthly visitor should be here soon, so here is hoping that that makes a difference soon.

I doubt it's water weight but I'm not frantic over it...just mildly annoyed with this up and down, up and down. LOL
