I am STILL in the 170's!! I can NOT wait to be out of the 170's I'm 170.8 today but yesterday was 172. If only I could see the 160's!!! I'm getting married on April 4, and I'm so excited but would like to be about 10 lbs lighter for the wedding. I'm sooo close to goal I can almost taste it and it's frustrating me again that my weights stuck again. hopefully no more super long stalls like last time. I don't know if I could handle another 3 and a half month stall. That would destroy my will power. I'm getting about 500-700 calories a day. I am nine months and ten days out since surgery. I will be almost 11 months out for my wedding and I just want to be 10 lbs lighter... I don't think that's too much to ask. That's two pounds a week... IF I don't stall again. I'm so excited about me breaking the long stall but I feel like I'm stalled again now. I'm the same weight today as I was last monday. I guess we will see what I weigh for my weekly weigh in tomorrow.

What a frustrating journey you've had. I just want to give you a hug (((HUG))).

It sounds like there's something more than just counting calories/carbs that is contributing to you NOT losing weight.  Thyroid?  Have you had a physical lately? I know folks with PCOS can lose very slowly and it is frustrating.

Hang in there.  I just read your blog - don't give up!  I know it's easier said than done... you have a wedding to look forward to and remember, you're still 50+ lbs lighter than you were before surgery.

PLEASE start posting daily on menus and miles so we can see what you're eating and help you.  About getting too much protein - and staying between 500-700 calories - I'm thinking that's not quite the case.  Let us help you!
