Teke is 5 so he is fully grown. He will change shape as he develops muscles, just like we do, but he won't get bigger height wise.

Have been traveling since last Thursday. Boring routine.
Breakfast: protein shake 30 grams
Lunch: 2 oz steak 16 grams protein, .5 oz broccoli
Dinner: protein shake 30 grams
Total protein 76 grams, 10 carbs
Vitamins taken and 100oz water
Miles: mall walking only today.
Have a great week.
Hey Roz! Try googling low carb hamburger recipes. I printed off a TON and tried one so far. I have more hamburg in the fridge and will try more later.
B - 2 eggs and some bacon and coffee. The bacon and eggs fought in my pouch for awhile...
L - water?
D - I went out and got beef tenderloin w/gorgonzola sauce - OMG it was SOO good! I came home and made it here. I didn't have gorgonzola but used goat cheese. It's ok and would be a good addition, with virtually NO carbs.
S - cheese cuts with my homemade goatcheese sauce..
vits: yes
water: ok, not great.

Thanks Jody...I'll do that! I think I'm going to make stuffed peppers before I go to bed and DH can put them in the oven tomorrow.
I will have to look up that sauce because I've never heard of it. DH and I are really enjoying the George Foreman Grill we bought. For dinner I made sausage patties and we were both shocked at how much grease was in the grease catcher. It was as thick as lard. I have to admit though the taste isn't quite the same when it's not cooked in grease. I think I need to season it more.
Sounds Good!
Roz
God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!
