I was bad yesterday too. I had to much sugar plus 2 Protein drinks yesterday and my ankle is swelling..... No cramps though!!!

Beautiful day here. I volunteered at a horse show and totally enjoyed being out in the sun. Tomorrow is suppose to be warm again and I will drive ponies then.

The painting is finally done in the kitchen. Now for the new doors and drawer fronts. Everything is scattered all over the house and the whole house is covered in a layer of dust from them sanding before they painted. And when I fired the staff a few weeks ago, it was the same lady that cleaned for me. UGGGGG.

Sorry about your cleaning lady. Maybe the cabinet people with clean up their mess before the leave.

Breakfast: 3 cups coffee with sf creamer, 1 egg on 1 slice low carb bread, 1 slice cheese (open face egg sandwich)
Lunch: egg salad on crackers
Dinner: beef barley soup (leftovers from restaurant)
Snacks: protein shake, more egg salad on crackers
Euchre tonight with friends, I am bringing veggies and dip and cheese cubes so I have good choices :)
Exercise/vitamins/water: none today, vitamins done except bedtime batch, 20 oz lemon water and 20 oz protein shake and 36 oz of coffee so far

I need to boil some eggs so I have better choices for my lunch this week. I finally found the canned tuna that my Dr. says I can have so I have enjoyed that this past week but egg salad does sound good.

I was super lazy and bought a bag of eggs already boiled and peeled. Egglands Best I think, 10 eggs in a bag. Egg salad is one of the few ways I can eat them fast enough, cause none of the others like HBE. I'm not a fan of tuna :( I wish I liked it as it is an easy protein option
