Happy Friday, Roz. the link didn't work but I pasted it and got to the right place. Those things so sound good but I must admit, I am not one to seek out all those ingrediants. If I don't have it around, it probably isn't going to happen.
the guys are here now painting my cabniets, hurray. This has been such a mess and all my workspaces are covered up with stuff from the cabniets. At least, maybe we will get them cleaned out and straighened out so I can find stuff.
big thunderstorms came through early but the sun is out now. Lots of wind and the temp dropped so no driving for me today. Maybe a walk if the wind settles down. My exercise may be reorganizing the cabniets once they are painted.

I have most of that stuff for the recipes at home but it might be outdated. I've been trying to find some recipes with cottage cheese and I haven't been able to make a good shake yet so I'm hoping some of these suggestions might work.
What color are they painting your cabinets? I've decided to buy some pull out drawers for my bottom cabinets. Those pans are really starting to get heavy when I try to unstack them to get a certain one.
We had rain this morning and it is still really windy but it is suppose to improve tomorrow.

the frame work is a dark green, the doors and drawer fronts are golden oak. The counter tops are a med. green 2" tile. I think it is going to look nice if it ever gets done.

Sounds really nice! My cupboards are stained a dark color. You have given me the urge to go look for hardware for mine. I think I will buy a few different ones and come home and try them.

I'll have to check out that website. I'm amazed at how many low-carb sites there are. I'm getting lots of good recipes off them.
I haven't gotten a protein drink in today. I need to fit one in. Wish I had rootbeer and vanilla protein... maybe on m list for this weekend.

I used SF Mugs Rootbeer because it's caffeine free. I diluted it with water and let it sit all night to get the fizz out of it. It's pretty good.

I'm not sure if she is low carbing still since I left. Before I did she was eating oatmeal again. She really doesn't have the concept of low carb down.....
