Had to see a hematologist today because my white blood count has been low.  But was back up to normal, what a relief.

Now still have to follow up with my surgeon because my last liver enzymes were up.  Hopefully the 2 were related and they will also be back to normal

B eggs, peppers and onions, deli ham

S tim hortons bagel (oh my)

L chicken breast, brown rice, veggies

S veggies, orange

D chicken breast, broccoli, brown rice

S apple and peanut butter

miles  slept in, fluids 8 so far heading for 12, vites yes

I'm so glad your labs were better!  Hopefully the liver enzymes are better too!  What makes the counts low?

What in the world is a Tim Horton bagel?  I think I've only had 2 bagels in the last 5.5 years.

So glad DH got a good report.  I am just getting home from work.  We had our quarterly board meeting tonight-I think I only have 5 left until retirement!!

5 doesn't sound like a lot but quarterly does...lol

With DH being off work our DD's are taking advantage of him watching their kids.  It is really discouraging him to retire.
