Hello LW's!!!! Life is starting to calm down for me so I'm hoping to spend some time catching up on LW posts. I miss reading them every day.
DH got a good report at the Drs. yesterday. He has to stay off of work for 3 more weeks and he starts cardio rehab tomorrow. I think he looks better than he has in a really long time.

Ooh, that banana sounds good. They're an annoying fruit - either too green or too brown and just right for only one day!! :-)
Anyways, I'm glad that your DH is doing better. You musta been hungry missing breakfast - you're eating like a real dainty sparrow - is it your IC causing you issues?

You are so right about the bananas. DH kept running out so I bought 2 batches and the 2nd one had to be thrown out. It doesn't matter how green you buy them they don't last. Now I have to make several trips a week to buy bananas.
My IC has actually been pretty good. I've finally got into the habit of taking the meds that help with the healing.
Stir Fry sounds wonderful!

I've got to stop the rootbeer shakes...they are making me crave sweets!
I think your menu sounds pretty good. Maybe salt in the soup but I don't see anything that should make you gain.

I have a root beer float shake just about daily, I'm sure I will start mixing it up after the novelty wears off. They are no sweeter to me than the chocolate ones, just a nice change from all the boring vanilla and chocolate I started with. Now I use the mint cookie matrix, the syntrax lemon tea, vanilla GNC in the root beer and RTD premier protein chocolate. Usually one choice per day.

DH was fighting me on going to the cardio rehab but he is glad he decided to go. It has taken a lot of fear of his life changing after a heart attack. He was convinced he would never be able to archery hunt or play softball again. And yes...they do listen to someone else better than they do us. Although did DH did come home and said that the lady was bossy just like me...LOL.
Sounds Good Price!
