I've been grazing (or it feels like it) today. Getting back into my water drinking makes me feel as though I'm constantly putting something in my mouth.
B - coffee
S - almonds (about 8 carbs)
S - 1.5 scoop protein drink
L - leftover egg bake with veggies (had to get into the freezer after coming back to VA)
D - ribeye steak with mushrooms/onions

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
