WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

WOW...with DH still not feeling well and having 3 grandkids on Friday and today I am pretty worn out!! But what's more depressing is that I am stress eating!!!! I remember now one of the reasons I gained weight when my DD's were growing up. I am constantly in the kitchen getting someone food, snack, or a drink. I'm trying to keep my hands busy drinking iced tea. Everyone just close your eyes and just skip over my menu...can't wait to go back to work tomorrow! DD's squads did Awesome at the Competition this weekend. She took 8 teams to Atlanta hoping to be in the top 5. She came home with 4 Championship Trophies, 3 seconds, and our Diamonds took 3rd in their World's Division. Also 4 of her teams won bids to attend the Summit held at Disney in May (2 fully paid and 2 at large).
Breakfast: 1/2 a croissant with butter

Hi Roz, I'm back. Internet access wasn't great - it went down every day, several times a day and not all of the hotel had wifi!! :-S Anyways, it was a lovely break and now I just need to plan the next one as I need that constant carrot to keep running after, he he!!
I'm sorry to hear that your DH isn't doing so well. I hope he takes improves very soon.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Sometimes it is good to be in our rut. Hope going back to work is what you need to get back into your routine - even if it's a fairly new one :)
B: Coffee then protein yogurt = 30g
L: Shrimp w/ onion greek yogurt dip = 20g
S: Lemon ice tea protein drink = 23g
S: Protein yogurt 38g
D: Chili w/ corn - I know - and salsa and guacamole = 20g
All my vitamins except calcium - waiting for delivery hopefully tomorrow - 90 minutes at the gym.
