DH was driving me crazy before he had his heart attack.  He was feeling so terrible and wouldn't go to the Dr. because he fears the worse.  Now that he knows and is feeling better than he has for a long time he has been pretty calm. He is really good about taking his medicines and it's a good thing because he takes 11 of them now.

It must be cabbage day and it's making me hungry!

Sounds Good!

Hi Roz,

Glad your DH is feeling better.  I like having my DH at home because he does most of the housework now.  I do the cloths and clean house good about every 2 months other than that, he does it!!  I do hate going to work and leaving him at home to do whatever he wants to do though!!

I had my annual check up today, mammogram and all the other things.  I had to fast to have some blood work done so I didn't  even start my protein decaf coffee until after 11 so I was behind all day long.

Lemon TEa Protein Drink
Protein Decaf Coffee
Chicken Deli Meat w/ laughing cow lite cheese
Lemon Tea Protein Drink
Low Carb Tortilla Pizza
Protein Hot Chocolate
Ritz Crackers w/ Peanut butter

Vitamins:  Got most of them in - lacking some of my calcium chews
Fluids/Water:  90 ozs
Miles:  None

When DH lost his job over 20 years ago he started doing the laundry and he still does it.  I get most of my things dry cleaned but he does his, towels, and bedding.  It really does help.

The last few months when he wasn't feeling good he was pretty messy and I was starting to get so upset with him but now that he feels better he isn't a slob anymore....yeah!

I got my Mammogram done when DH was in the hospital.  It saved me taking another day off.  I also got my blood work done and I'm not to happy with it. My B12 and A are both low.

Sounds Good!
