So glad to hear of the successful journey you've had - and sharing what you do to stay successful. Through your accounts though, you have let us all know that maintenance isn't easy, but can be done.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Hi Lee. It is so good to hear from you. Congratulations on your job!! Also congratulations on your success. Maintenance is an every day decision for me. It is so easy to get off track.
