Menus and Miles Wed. Feb. 12th
Hi Roz,
My sister lives about 60 miles Northwest of Atlanta and it is snowing there again right now. None of theirs has thawed any. She has not been out since Monday night to go anywhere. She said it would probably be another day or two before she could go anywhere. Her husband works for the power company so he has been in and out some but mostly been at work since Monday. It has only rained here, but it is cold..

I'm really glad DH and I cancelled. I don't think he is up to traveling yet and dealing with the weather. He is having trouble with one (or more) of his meds making his eyes blurry. It's 5:00 and I'm up trying to figure out which one of the 5 new ones he got that might be doing it. He has an appt. at 9 this morning with his PCP and I'm going to call the heart dr. when they open.
It sounds like your eats are good! I hate smarties so they could put a 1000 in front of me and I wouldn't want to try one...but give me chocolate and I wouldn't be able to resist.....LOL

On the way home from work a couple of nights ago the radio announcer mentioned that it was 5:00pm and the sun was shining so spring isn't to far away. I hadn't even noticed until he said that so I've been really enjoying the sunshine coming through the windows.
Sounds Good Ashley!

IT is lovely to be in the car at that time of day and see and feel the light. Here in the North in December for example the sun comes up after 8am and is down by 4pm . Makes me greatful for every bit of sunlight when it finally comes! Glad you are safe and snug and not in Atlanta! Hope your DD makes it home safely though!
Hi everyone. I came on the boards but couldn't find you. Thanks for the link Roz.
