In response to your question yesterday, Im a Manager on a gov't contract. Beginning of the month financial crap, plus we were hit with a BIG budget cut, so we have to let people go. Very difficult thing to do, and I can't seem to get any response from the "Government" regarding the details.
My scale is stalled. I have been bouncing the same 2 lbs for 3 weeks now. Frustrated... thus you see my menu for today.
B - 3 cups of coffee (yea, more than normal)
S - 2 scoop fuzzy navel protein drink
L - 1 chicken thigh
S - 1.5 scoop chocolate protein drink in almond unsweetened milk
D - about 2 ounces of hamburger w/ no sugar added ketchup
Vits: yes
water: better.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

How do you manage working from home? We got our state budget cut in July. We all took a pay cut, all paying for the water cooler, cut the cleaning people (we take turns), and cut supplies so no one would get let go. The first few pay checks were depressing but we have all adjusted now. I'm not sure what we will do if they cut it in the next contract.
I see lots of Protein...that should get you jump started.

That's a lot of snow!!! Son #1 will be wanting to come home. I'm glad DH and I cancelled our flight to Atlanta. DD's are really worried theirs is going to be canceled tomorrow.

It was really cold here this am Someone told me it was 20 below zero at their house ridiculous! I can't say the cold changes my eating habits, though sometimes when i am making a cold salad when it is so cold I wonder why!

I am trying to break myself of night eating, hoping that haveing the protein drink instead of yummy popcorn will do the trick sometimes I can't stop after eating the popcorn Sigh

I'm really missing my Protein hot chocolate on these cold days. I might just give in and have one tonight. If I use the unflavored I ordered at least that will be less caffine.
I'm not sure I could give up my nightly popcorn. One reason is that it helps me go to the bathroom first thing in the morning. It's about the only fiber I really get on most days.

It's been snowing here all day and we are expectin more tonight. We are in the 8-10" area and it looks like we are well on our way.
Weather does affect my exercise and somewhat my eating. When I am stuck in all day it is harder to stay away from eating. At least it is snow, not ice like they are getting further south.

We aren't getting much snow but it is really cold here. My DD's are worried about their flight to Atlanta being cancelled tomorrow. I'm not sure when their storm is suppose to end.
