Just getting time to post and it is almost 11pm. We had a good day in class today. Great food both meals!! I have not had one piece of candy that they have been passing around or any cookies from the hotel lobby!! Cngrats on your 119. I do not have any scales this week while I am away and I am trying to be really good and hope that when I get home I will have a very nice surprise.

This will be a great kick start for getting rid of the carbs at home!! I hope the scales reward you when you get home. I can't believe how much better I feel and a lot less bloated.
