Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
Sorry this is so late LW's!!! When I walked into my office this morning there was about 3 hours of billing I had to do before I could even start my daily work. I didn't expect it until tomorrow morning so it through me off a little. It felt so good to change my Signature line weight back to 119 after having creeped up to 124 and even better to get on the scale and see the 119 pop up again.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Oatmeal with skim milk
Lunch: Egg Salad on Whole Wheat Bread

That's super Roz!!!! I can't even imagine 119. Your menu is so different now and I'm thrilled for you that it's working.
B- coffee the. Protein yogurt 38g
L- chicken breast w/ lite Swiss - 20g
S: hot chocolate protein -23g
S: Greek yogurt w/ 10 brazil nuts - 15 g
D: turkey w/ brussel sprouts - 20g
All my vits and water. 4 mile walk and 45 minutes at the gym
I don't think my menu would be working if I hadn't cut back on my carbs and sugars so I'm wondering if I can maintain this once my body gets used to it. It's really hard to get a lot of protein in through food.
Sounds Good!

We have had snow off and on for 2 days but it is 30 degrees and it is melting as fast as it comes down, almost. I cancelled class tonight thinking it was going to be bad but it hasn't yet. Still saying the worst is coming. Anyway, I have gotten some work done and watched all the pair figure skating at the Olympics. Everytime I thought about walking, it started again.
I was at 128 this morning. Lowest in quite a while. Hope it keeps going in that direction.
decaf protein coffee 33g
kale, eggbeaters, cheese
lemon tea protein 13g
beef patty, green beans
hot chocolate protein 30g
peanut butter on celery
chicken salad, brocalli
protein shake 33g
DH gave me a do-over on the kitchen cabniets for Christmas and the workman has been here all day. My kitchen is a mess with everything everywhere and it is no where near done. I may go bonkers before it is finished.

DH is enjoying watching the Olympics while he is off.
That's awesome about your scale!! Your menus have had more protein in them and less carbs....Good Job!!!
I would love to have new kitchen cupboards but I'm going to have to settle for changing the hardware. I think if I update that it will give it a more modern look.

A few years ago I had new countertops made with ceramic tile and I would have lost them if we replaced the cabinets so we are doing new doors and painting the framework. It is all so expensive. Even just doing the hardware. I hope it is going to be worth it.
