I have been waiting to try the sample when I've had a cramp free day so I know for sure if its the drink making me cramp.  My Dr. is behind in updating her patient folders so she isn't allowed to see anyone right now so I wasn't able to get an injection this week.  Stress makes the cramping worse so I've course the last couple of days hasn't helped either.

Do you put protein in your Greek yogurt?

Sounds Good!

Yes I've been trying Greek yogurt w/ protein powder for a snack in mid afternoon as I have been feeling really woozy and lightheaded and need to eat more, or so my trainer says. I'm on a good loosing streak and don't want to eat more so I'm shaking it up with added protein powder and sometimes I think I'll float away with all the water and tea and shakes!

Hope you can have a less stressful week and get to try out your new options. Though having DH home isn't as easy as it sounds!

Does the yogurt help your symptoms?  If you are going to float away you must be already drinking a lot but when I'm woozy and lightheaded it's usually because I'm need to drink something.

Your comment didn't stress me....LOL.  I need you looking out for me!!   The papers he brought home from the hospital and the box says it's heart healthy???  I defintely know it's not good for me.  That was the last of it any how so we won't be having it again any time soon.  I only buy it when I'm going to make meatloaf.  Our cupboards are pretty bare since I didn't get to the grocery store.

Boy...I haven't had a Stromboli in soooo long.   That sounds really good!
