Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

Happy Monday!!   I'm back at work today....YEAH!!  DH is getting some color back in his face and other than being tired he is feeling good or maybe relief is a better way of putting it. I have all of his follow up appointments scheduled and I cancelled our flight to GA. We kept debating whether to cancel or not but this is a really big competition with lots of walking so we decided we would stay home and help with the grandsons instead.  I'm still going to take the time off since it is already scheduled.  Thanks for all the Prayers and swinging critters!! It was very much appreciated!

The scale**** 119 for the second day in a row....I'M CLAIMING IT!!!!!

Hi Roz

Its going to be a busy day for work, so thought I'd get on this.. (yea, I'm procrastinating...)

Cold again.  At least it's sunny.  I took the chance and got my car washed this morning (had to go out in this frigid stuff) because they said NO snow for a few days.  I'm going to hold them to it - lol.

I painted interior doors yesterday and I'm SO sore!  Just all the ups/downs, etc.. I have my handyman coming over today to hang my last bifold door - then I get to paint it and 2 more that needs to be done.  He was supposed to paint them yesterday but begged off for some reason, so I did it myself.  I wasn't doing anything anyway, so I saved me some money.

B - coffee

L - 1/2 club wrap on a spinach tortilla (this pretty much uses up the majority of my carbs for the day - but it was sooo GOOD!)  Got it from Blimpies in Walmart on Saturday.  Ate 1/2 Sat...

S - sf pickle

D - I've got some hamburg I need to find a good low-carb friendly recipe for.

Vits:  I will

water;  working on it

I just called to see how DH was doing and he said he did the dishes and swept...YEAH!  It might be nice having him home for awhile....LOL!

GLad things are getting back to narmal at your house Roz.  Sometimes going back to work is better than hovering at home! My DS#2 is preparing for his semi-national (Frech speaking regionals if you like) Olympic Gymanastic competiton and has upped his practice regimin from 9 to 12 hours for the next 2 weeks.  This means cramming homework and his brothers activities in around an extra treck to his gym.  Easier said than done some days!  But we are very excited about his competition on the 23rd as he is scheduled to compete in 6 events and if he places he'll go on to the nationals in March an perhaps then the European level in the Fall. Fingers crossed....

B:  Coffee then Portein yogurt - 38g

L:  4 slices deli chicken and 2 slices lite swiss

S:  Lemon ice tea protein shake - 23g

All my vits and water on track.  90 minutes at the gym w/ 60 min cardio so pretty good!

The snow was beautiful yesterday when I didn't have to go out in it. The fields and woods were like a picture.  I did run and get some sunflower seeds so DH would have the birds to look at. He said the yard is being taken over by the doves today.

Sounds Good Price!
