I don't think cheerios is the way to go.....LOL. I just started eating eggs to make up for the protein drinks the Dr. took away from me. Maybe you could have Greek yogurt or some kind of meat. Trying to get all of your Protein from food is hard but getting those high totals are a must!

Yes I know but like I said it was a poor planning day for me. I can't stand yogurt and usually I do have a good breakfast, it was just one of those days and that was the first thing available to me.

You do you, and I'll do me

This has been one of the worse winters we have had in a long time. We always look forward to the cheer trips to get us away from it for awhile. I sure hope Atlanta doesn't let us down next weekend. I don't want to spend my weekend stranded in an airport (coming or going).
Sounds like a decent low carb and protein day Price!

we are suppose to get rain this weekend so maybe Altlanta will be ok. At least you shouldn't have snow. After having an ok morning, the wind picked up and tonight is suppose to be 24 with windchills taking it below 0.

Just getting some sun even for a weekend helps make the long winter bearable. Probably all of the flowers are dead from that freak storm they had last week but I'll be happy with just a little sunshine.
We are suppose to get ice tonight and then another snow storm over the weekend.

I just dread having to drive in the snow and ice so I am extremely greatful that his year we are having a mild winter with NO snow so far! I drive a bit more than 500 miles a week and I am so happy not to be dealing with the traffic and stress. My heart goes out to you - it just sounds awful!
B: Coffee then Protein yogurt = 38g
S: Ice tea protein shake = 23g
Late Lunch: Chicken w/ sliced avocadoes and 1 slice of cheddar = 20g
S: Hot chocolate protein = 23g
D: Coq au Vin (Rooster cooked for several days in red wine) = 20g
All my vits - water not great, 2 hours at the gym
I don't hate driving in it as bad as I use to. On a nice day I only have a 15 minute ride to work so it's not so bad. The grandkids don't mind not having to go to school but when Easter and June come and they have to go to school to make these days up they are going to be grumbling....LOL.
You knew I was going to ask what your dinner was....hahaha. Thanks for the explanation. Do you buy your meals prepared or are you just a good cook? DH won't try anything new or anything he can't pronounce...lol.
Sound Good!

My husband's family are farmers - cattle & sheep and his aunt and uncle raise pigs, chickens, turkey and guinea fowl for the family. So we bring back most of our meat and poultry from the farm and freeze it on our HUGE chest freezer. I love cooking and since my husband is French and they are notorious food snobs! I almost always cook everything from scratch (with the exception of my Sushi fix). Also with all the food allergies and intollerances my boys have, it makes my life easier to just make it myself. No surprises. So yes, I am a fairly decent cook as needs must! And while Rooster sounds exotic it is just really a 2 or 3 year old ornery guy that that has a lot of meat but it would be too tough to eat without cooking it over several days. The recipe is quite simple and it takes less effort than making a brisket or roast! You could substitute an old boiling hen, but Rooster is better!
