Glad you made it ok!  My sister called me a bit ago and said the roads are horrible.  I have to take my convertible in to get the top replaced this afternoon - I hope the roads are in decent shape by then.  She said the highway was shut down in one direction because of all the accidents.  Unfortunately we don't have any kind of road updates to let us know how they are before we get out on them....

My weight has gone back up since my surgery.  I'm getting frustrated because I'm staying very low-carb... trying to get my fluids in too....

No idea what my eats are today.

B - coffee

L - I think I'll make a couple of eggs

D - we're going to an art exhibit and I heard there is food.  I guess we'll see...  Since both my sister and I are doing this uber-low-carb together it makes it easier to make choices.

Vits:  yes

water:  working on it...

I had a Blepharoplasty (think I spelled it right!).  I have just mentioned it here and there... so you may not have seen those.

Aw surgery messes up even the best people, once you're better I'm sure you'll get back on track.

I didn't know you had a convertible.  We've keep debating about what kind of new car or SUV we are going to get and I dream of having one again but it doesn't make any sense since we usually always have grandkids with us.  I think we are going to have to get something bigger. I got rid of mine and bought the van I have now.  I really like all of the room but sometimes it's way to much when it's just me.  I need something mid size.

What happend to your top?  A racoon got into our garage while we were on vacation and ripped mine all up.  The car window was down some and he crawled into it and then he couldn't find his way out. Fortunately he didn't rip my seats too.  The whole car was scratched from him climbing all over it.  The insurance covered it all because they could see the paw prints.

Do you think you are still bloated from fluids they might have given you?  It hasn't been that many days since your surgery.  Are you eating enough?  I know if I have a few days that I don't feel like eating I seem to gain weight rather than lose.

Has your sister lost anything?

I just found out the DGSons are coming again tonight and they hate roast so I guess it's for the best.  I'll have to figure out something that they will eat.

I just informed my manager that I need next Thursday off too.  I made our airfair but I forgot we were leaving Thursday afternoon.  There have been so many flight cancellations I sure hope things clear up before next weekend.

Sounds yumm!
