Since I started doing strength training on Fridays, I'm always up 3-4 pounds for a few days after. So I stopped weighing myself on the weekeneds. Last time I weighed myself, I was 122.
I went nuts working out on Friday. Serious Strenght in the AM and then I met a friend after work and we ran around a dry lake bed on the Stanford campus and swam laps in their rec pool. The pool was awesome. I wish I had one like that in my backyard!

I am a day late that's for sure. well I'm not sure what my weight is truly, it is that time of the month for me, & I usually bloat three to seven pounds. I do see that my scale is not going back down, its on an upward trend .usually I go from 129 130 up to 137 and back down. its not going back down. okay so my weight last week was 132 today 137. I may skip the next weigh in until February 28 .I'm back on the treadmill and working out and I've noticed when I workout I do hold a lot more water for the first month .I don't want to panic and sometimes looking at the scale makes me panic, and then it's a downhill slide for me. I'm kinda getting depressed, but I do know why the scale is going up. I can do this I know I can I just got to get a hold on it and realize every bite counts. Today is a new day.
Okay, so how are the clothes fitting? And have you checked your body fat lately. Sometimes we end up heavier than we like but discover we fit smaller sizes or are losing body fat.

My clothes are still fitting, I haven't checked my body fat lately, I will tomorrow morning. I feel chubbier, but I'm not sure if it's because of girly week. I have looked at my monthly weigh in chart and it is showing a steady incline. It goes up and down , but continues to get a little higher each month. I have been eating very poorly, and quit walking. It seems so hard to stick to my meal plan. I start out great with a plan, then get to work, and fail over sugar and carbs. I haven't weighed and measured or ate consistently since November. Ugh all this honesty is making me want to cry. I walked this morning, and have resisted the brownies and m&ms on my desk all morning. Actually I put the candy in some one else's cupboard. :/ I need a sponsor or food counselor, but it has to be free. So I guess I use you guys for support and perhaps I need to post more. Although sometimes I don't think people want to hear all my ups and downs and inconsistency. I'm sure I sound like a blubbering babboon. And this is quite long for you. Thank you for your reply, kinda made me feel like I can make it through today. I was already doubting myself. Thanx!
