No hernia YAY BUT... I have pulled a muscle attached to scar tissue= lots of pain from above belly to pubic bone. So no exercising until I'm healed up. also... wait for it... wait for it... wait for it... I THINK I HAVE BROKEN MY THREE AND A HALF MONTH STALL!!!!!! I was bouncing between 174.6 -178.6 since the middle of october NOW, TODAY... at 9:00 PM The scale is reading 173.2!!!! Can you believe it? I can't even believe it!! I really really can't... I PRAY that I don't hit another stall like this ever and another stall period for a really long time.

Thank you soooo much. I can't wait until my pulled muscle is feeling better so that I can get back to exercising. :D

I have lots of scar tissue in my replaced knee that limits it's movement.  I alway thought of scar tissue as not having "feeling" but it wraps itself around nerve endings and can be very painful.  Hopefully you will heal quickly.

and good for breaking the stall.  See, if you just keep on keeping on, it works.

thanks I'm guessing I'm not going to be doing any kinds of lifting any time soon but in a few days I'm going to start walking again and see how I do. If I can't do the walking maybe the bike?? idk but I wanna do something.

Once the muscle is healed then you won't have trouble with the scar tissue?

Awesome about the scale moving in the right direction!

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!
