Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
Happy Tuesday!!! I go to my Drs. tonight for an injection.....YEAH! I'm doing the happy because I haven't had much cramping this week. I think the only thing that really cramped me was the 1/2 piece of meatloaf that I at the restaurant on Sunday. I want to be cramp free for a few days so when my Protein drink samples come I will know if I can drink them or not. Even with the change in my meals my scales are holding steady at 120 but I so want to see 119 again!!!

I was very happy with mine too except I was starting to add some carbs in that weren't necessary. I'm not craving carbs at all now which is a good thing. My DH left a box of Chocolate Carmel out to soften and I had considered trying one but then I thought that 1/2 minute of pleasure isn't worth hours of cramping.
Sounds really good Price!

Jody, what strength peel did you use? I'm using 25% glycolic acid for 2-3 minutes and I think I'll go for 35% when this stuff runs out, although the bottle seems to last forever!!

It can be like a burning, but mine didn't get all red and I didn't peel too bad. Just dried out a lot.

Yep what Jody said. Occasionally your face can go red for a few hours which isn't an issue if you do it in an evening before bed. I'm only using 25% glycolic acid and I think I'd need to go to 35% for a big difference. I can say that I don't really get black heads any more and I used to use pore strips twice a week so I'd say that this is probably working out cheaper for me.

Hi Roz! I didn't weigh today - I had my pre-op appt for my eyelid surgery on Friday. When I got on the scale at the clinic, I was down 7 lbs from 2 weeks ago, but I had my boots on for that weigh, and didn't today. I didn't sleep well at all last night and stayed in bed an extra 45 minutes... shame on me - then had to run out the door. Of course it was fasting too for blood work. I had been quite delinquent in my labs and had them drawn a few weeks ago in VA. I called the Dr's office yesterday and asked for a copy. Today I had more blood work and it was at a Bariatric Center, and they knew I was a WLS patient - so they submitted the full gamut of tests. It will be interesting to compare the two even though they were a few weeks apart. My diet has changed dramatically between the two times. I know that it takes time for vits/nutrients to show up change, but I'm curious.
Of course it was a fasting.. so nothing for breakfast.
B - nothing
S - coffee (I messed up and put a REAL packet of sugar in my coffee at the center... not sure how many carbs are in that) YIKES - 6 carbs! After I figured it out, it was Splenda after that....
L - 1/2 of a leftover breaded porkchop (with the low-carb breading)
D - No idea. I need to cook up some chicken with the breading, so perhaps a piece of that.
Vits: not yet - but will
Water: working on it.
