Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

Good Morning LW's!!!!   Against Drs. orders I ordered some Jay Robb Protein samples this morning.  I ordered Vanilla, Egg protein, and Unflavored. I guess I am being rebellious but I should know right away after trying one if I can use it. Enough of these Greek yogurt shakes for me!  Those of you who love them must have iron stomachs....lol.

Have to greet at church this morning so I will catch you all later.....GOOD EATING!!!

Breakfast:   1 Egg and 1/3 cup Eggbeater Egg Whites
Lunch:           thin slice of meatloaf and about 6 chips

Snack:           Nature Valley Nut crunch bar
Dinner:          2 thin pork chops
Snack:           Popcorn

Calories     Protein      Net Carbs      Fat    Sugar

broken heart  I bet you'll be fine with JayRobb. Not sure what you'll mix it with but the unflavored should be fine.

I only used unflavored early out because I couldn't find a flavor that I liked.  I'm not sure what I will use it for either.  I use to put it in pudding, hot chocolate, oatmeal....none of which I can have at the moment.  I guess I will figure it out.  I'm hoping the vanilla or egg whites will work for me.

I dyed this morning - yep I finally got round to doing my hair (it had been about 6 weeks).  Thankfully I'm not yet at the stage of gray where it's that obvious as they're really only noticeable at my sides, but I guess the day is approaching where I have to strictly dye my hair once every couple of weeks... now I get why blondes have more fun -  coz they don't have to worry about grays!!

BTW I hope that Jay Robb works out for you.

Do you have a Sephora store where you live?  They have an awesome spray that blends in with your hair (4 different shades).  My DD dyes her hair really dark and I got her a can for Christmas and she loves this spray for in between times.  The friend who told me about it has light brown and she loves it too. In the US it runs around $25.00 a can.  It washes out and it doesn't look sprayed. You can't tell at all that you are using it.

Sounds Yummy!

Day goes by fast when you get up at 10....

B - part of an egg and 1 piece of sausage w/cheese

S - SF pickle (1 carb)

L - cheese stick

D - chicken breast in pork rind/ranch/parmesan cheese breadding

Low carbs is the only way to go if you want to keep your weight off.  Have you noticed that you aren't bloated doing low carb or don't you bloat?  I can't believe the difference in my stomach and ankles. Sad part is I have a lot more loose skin on my hands and face.

10 o'clock......must be nice.

Sounds a Good Plan for today!!!
