Good for you...and good on resisting the GS cookies.

Last week 110.2
This week 111.4
Total change +1.2
I don't know why but the gain didn't even faze me. Maybe because I am sick again and I don't care much about anything but it seems that nothing has changed except the number. Food feels the same, clothes feel the same. The only thing that worries me really is having to buy more jeans. I have several pairs that I love. I collect Levi's 501's and they aren't easy to find in thrift stores. In fact, I love most button fly jeans and most of mine are button fly. But I managed to find the ones I have and if I have to I will find more.
I am still waiting to stabilize but it seems my body isn't done bouncing but as long as I know I am not eating junk I know it will eventually stop. Hopefully, lol.

I am sorry you are sick.
As long as your clothes fit, the number on the scale isn't nearly as important.

CONGRATS, WTG!
Anne, just keep going...go as low as you can (unless you get to an underweight BMI of 18.5). Bounce back IS a PITA!

got to do it slow, lest my PCP has the vapors worrying I am going to starve to death!
Anne
As long as it heads down for awhile longer...actually at this point slower is better.

I seem to have hit a plateau because my weight has not changed in 2 months!
I do work out 3-4 days a week but have to re-evaluate my calories to see why the scale isn't moving. I understand stalls happen, but I do not want to stay at this weight and must figure out a way to get the scale to continue on a downward trend!
Don't just look at calories, look at grams of protein, fats, carbs...and track every bite for awhile.
You'll get there.
