Down 5 lbs...and didn't change how I ate much. We are slowly getting more and more carbs (esp gluten based) out of our life but not totally.

I'm hanging in there around 120. I have no idea how because I sat at home all week and grazed.

GOOD for you!

Were you grazing on proteins and good fats? Grazing isn't the issue if we focus on good for us stuff. And you probably still did a lot of walking.

No, all the wrong things and not a lot of walking. Maybe it was just the shake up to my routine.

Well didn't make it back down to 131 , could be the pickles?? Today 133. Up 2 pounds .

Sorry you went up...it could have been, it also could be normal fluctuation. Are you tracking your food?

I believe I could do better tracking, less grazing. I've been eating alot of fruit. I'll be more vigilant this week, see what next Sunday brings??

Fruit has a lot of natural sugars in them.  Vitalady gained weight from eating to much fruit.
