Menus and Miles Monday Jan. 27th
Breakfast: 2 cups coffee with sf syrup and milk
Lunch: chicken, bacon and cheese salad w light rasp. vin. dressing
Dinner: whole pkg portabella mushrooms and 1/4 onion sautéed with 2 oz chicken
Snacks: protein lemon tea
I was doing some bookkeeping at the table this morning and it was 1pm before I realized it!!
I just kept drinking more coffee and then tea :) Maybe this is why I lost a bit the last few weeks, I am distracted and forget to eat.

Yea Roz - you nailed it! As far as your friend - yea... some folks just don't want to listen and want someone to feel bad for them. Those also are the ones that give WLS a bad rap.... sorry you couldn't help her but you did the right thing by walking away.
So here I'm doing well on my low-carb and the scale said I was UP 1.5 lbs - huh? man, talk about being bummed!
B - coffee
L - I tried to eat some canned crab- they must have ground the shells up in it too - yuk. Threw it out. Then I opened a can of canned salmon, mixed some mayo in it and ate that - 0 carbs
S - 2 SF pickles - 2 carbs
D - beef tenderloin - as SOOO moist and good! (DD made it)
S - some peanuts (probably about 8 to be honest here)
Vits; yes
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Is it close to your TOM or maybe you have a had some extra sodium or spices that might cause bloating? Hopefully it comes back off plus!!!
