Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

Happy Friday!!!   Schools were delayed today because it was  -10 degrees this morning.  I haven't been able to find my gloves so I had to stop and buy a pair this morning.  It is way to cold to go without them. We are suppose to get about 3" of snow tonight.

Lunch:         Deli ham and cheese

Snack:         1 boiled chicken thigh
Snack:         Popcorn
Dinner:        DGD's birthday party at Chuckie Cheese.  ??????
  So many temptations!!!   I might back something.

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that you're getting more bad weather.  Are you out with the cheerleaders this weekend?  I hope you travel safely if you are.

I got a little more protein in today so wasn't quite so hungry.  I just feel a bit 'blah' about protein as I've over done it in the past, I was getting 200g+ and I just want a change now... I know, the only change is gonna be a bad one, but I'm enjoying my honeymoon right now.  If my clothes get snug then I'll re-consider, as I'm not changing my wardrobe for larger sizes!! ;-)

No competition until Feb. 8th. Hopefully the weather won't be as cold by then. Flying to Atlanta, GA  Feb. 13th and hoping for a little warmer weather there.  It's so nice to go there and see flowers in Feb.

My Honeymoon Period seemed to stopped abruptly.  I was good one day and then bang...the scale went up a little.  Just keep track of everything so you know where to make changes.  Do you measure yourself?  Sometimes our measurements change before the scales do.

Your totals is still pretty good.

I don't measure but I have some size 6 skirts which don't have spare room and they fit OK.

Hi Roz,

I love popcorn.  I bought me an air popper for Christmas and have really enjoyed it.  I try to have some every Sunday afternoon.

I probably could not stand being as cold as y'all are up there...  We are suppose to get to 58 degrees tomorrow.  I hope it is pretty so people will come out for the play.  Dress rehearsal tonight so  it is going to be a very very long day today.  At least I will get my exercise in, we have to move chairs and tables when we close this afternoon and get everything set up.

I bought a microwave popper and I love it. I love popcorn and it really helps my bowels move too. When we were on our trip they had a terrible microwave and I was wishing I had an air popper. 

We are coming to Atlanta Feb. 13-17 for a comp.  I'm hoping the weather is warm.  I love going there during the winter and seeing flowers.

Good Luck at your play tonight!!    I hope you get a huge crowd!!!!!  Is this the first one you have been in?

Drink a Lemon Tea for me.........broken heart.  As soon as my bladder heals I'm going to have one!!!

Bone chilling cold here in MI too - and I know VA is too!  doesn't help it is 12 degees and the wind is whipping up to over 30mph...

I need new tires on my car - so heading there soon to get some.

Down another 1/2 lb today - yea!

Ok - food time!  

B - coffee w/cream/splenda and 2 small slices of cheese (0 carbs)

S - 1 BB SF pickle (1 carb)

L -leftover pork chop (maybe 1 carb)

D - corned beef brisket at my daughters.  I'll try to make that all I eat!

S - cheese and nuked pepperoni - a few peanuts

water:  horrible so far... ended up not too bad...

DH got me tires right before winter and I'm so glad!!   Others were slipping and sliding this morning and I was just driving along without a problem...maybe I should I knock on wood....lol.

1/2 lb.......that's Awesome!!!   You have been doing really good Jody!!   Keep it up warmer weather is on it's way!!!

How is your sister doing?

What kind of cheese do you use that doesn't have carbs?

The weather you are having in the States sounds miserable.  We are used to crummy gloomy weather here year round, but not extremes!  Hope everyone stays warm and dry this weekend...

B:  coffee then protein yogurt = 38g

l:  maki rolls with sea weed salad = 20g

s: 10 Brazilian nuts =8g

s:  lemon ice tea protein = 23g

d:  3 bean chili with guacamole and greek yogurt = 20g

s:  hot chocolate protein 23g

all my vits and water. No miles
