Caffeine Article
This is one of the articles I have on caffeine. Caffeine is near the top of the list of things I am not allowed to have. I couldn't believe how 1 small piece of chocolate made my bladder cramp.

Interesting. What they didn't state - was how much caffeine you would have to ingest to have all those things happen to you.
I do believe it stimulates the stomach juices tho. I know if I have a cup or 2 of coffee without food I may feel yucky within an hour or so.

Roz thank you for the article, as I am sitting here at my desk drinking my "2nd" cup of coffee, after having 1 cup of black hot tea and its only 10:00 am..... I am thinking "MAYBE" this is why my weight loss has come to a screetching hault. I am going to do my best to "Taper" off the caffeine. I have bought decaf coffee and chamimille tea and so the process begins. However, my favorite hot tea is a black tea which contains caffeine. Maybe I will have just 1 per day instead of 3.....I know I CAN do this, This is no comparison to all the OTHER things I have learned to live without!!!!
Interesting. I'm not a coffee drinker or a PPI taker and I hadn't linked the 2. PPIs scare me as they block calcium absorption and caffeine also causes bone problems... both together sound like a recipe for real disaster.
