I'm very excited for you!!!!!!  Even though we might have a carb or two I bet your sister had a lot more.  It probably is going to bother her more.  When the headache came is usually when I gave up the diet for a day.

I downloaded a paper on low-carb.  It said in the first 3 days you can feel tired, fatigued, headache... we just discussed it and think that's what it is.

hopefully she won't have one anymore...

Congratulations to your cheer team.  That is quite an accomplishment.

Can you drink dairy milk?  I suppose you could make a smoothie with milk and yogurt with some fruit, add some powdered milk? or use almond milk, it tastes pretty good.

I rarely drink protein drinks,  It does seem like I am constantly stuffing food in my mouth to get everything in!

Greek yogurt is one of my favorite snacks just to eat, it is packed with protein, as is cottage cheese.  i do mix things in it.

I can't do dairy so I will probably just use water.  I never thought about powdered milk that's a good idea!

Welcome back and congrats to the teams and family.

Cold here and busy.  No walking and I had to do training for a new staff during muscle pump this evening.  Really cold the next few days so I doubt I will be doing much outside.
