I downloaded a paper on low-carb. It said in the first 3 days you can feel tired, fatigued, headache... we just discussed it and think that's what it is.

Congratulations to your cheer team. That is quite an accomplishment.
Can you drink dairy milk? I suppose you could make a smoothie with milk and yogurt with some fruit, add some powdered milk? or use almond milk, it tastes pretty good.
I rarely drink protein drinks, It does seem like I am constantly stuffing food in my mouth to get everything in!
Greek yogurt is one of my favorite snacks just to eat, it is packed with protein, as is cottage cheese. i do mix things in it.
