L-turkey breast, small salad, 2 Tbl. Lite strawberry vinaigrette

S-SF Hot choc.     sm. handful of pretzels

D-chicken breast, green beans

 

S-Premier choc. Shake with 1/2 frozen banana

I just turned 56 last week.   Time marches on.  LOL

B huevos rancheros and half banana

S celery and peanut butter

L roast beef, brown rice, broccoli

S cheese stick and orange

D pork chop and sweet potato wedges

S greek yogurt, raisins, almond meal, all bran

miles couch to 5 k, fluids 9 so far need to do better, vites doing better with the calcium today.

Really bitter here and I know you guys further north are even colder.  No outside exercise for me today.  I spent the day working and getting ready for a training to happen here but it ended up being cancelled due to the snow in the mountains where the trainer lives.

Horrible here too.  I went to get a massage and my car asked me "what the heck do you think you're doing making me go'???  Then it felt like the brake line froze up for a bit - scared me a bit.  

I have never tried the carbquick.  I'm afraid it will be like protein bars to me and I won't be able to stop.
