Menus and Miles for Roz Tuesday - January 21st

Thought I'd get this going.  I'm back on track and did good yesterday (yea me!)  ;)

B - 2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon, coffee (0 carbs)

S - 2 SF Bread and butter pickle spears (2 carbs)

L - a piece of baked chicken. (0 carbs)

D - crock pot roast (0 carbs).  I may splurge with a little ketchup 

S - decided to make a protein hot chocolate.  Unfortunately the no sugar added swiss miss has 10 carbs... and I used my cookie and cream protein - I don't have the bag anymore so I'm not sure how many carbs in a scoop.  I'm still way below the 25-30 max.. so I'm doing ok.  

S - probably a cheese stick (0 carbs), SF pickle spear (1 carb)...?  

Vits:  yes, 4 carbs

Water:  need to get working on it!

Thanks Gina!  I have to keep busy so I don't want to snack.. Getting a massage tonight... ahhh.. also, if I find the munchies grab me I'll throw in a protein drink for good measure.

I've just been watching the scale inch upwards.. and it has to STOP.  My 55th birthday is in April and I want 10 lbs off for it.  Thus.. my motivation!  When I went on my cruise I procrastinated horribly... and I didn't get any off, BUT lost 2 lbs on it - lol... go figure.  I think it was just all the moving around I normally don't get.

My sister and I are doing this together, so that helps.  I'm making most of the food for us as she hasn't a clue how to do this - and I have to stay as the "good" example.  (my sister lives with me until her house closes).

We're both wanting to get about 10 lbs off... she hasn't had WLS.

It is so much easier if you have someone do it with you.  My sister and I were both using MyFitnessPal and were friends on it so we helped each other.  I haven't posted in a while...

Gina just texted me to see if I was home and ok and I thought.......crap...I have been so busy trying to catch up at work that I forgot to post. I need to get groceries so my menu is pitiful.
